Banana Fritters

Only today I have the opportunity to make something out of the bananas that my hubby chopped down the other day. The bananas have ripened slightly which are just nice for fritters i.e. not too soft neither too young.

INGREDIENTS:
Banana - split to half
2 tbsp Plain Flour
2 tbsp Rice Flour
½ Egg White
A pinch Turmeric Powder
¼ tsp Bicarbonate Soda
A pinch Salt
Water sufficiently

METHOD:
Add all ingredients (except banana) to form smooth runny batter.
Dip banana in the batter & deep fry until golden.
Serve hot.
