Spaghetti with White Cheese

This has always be my family's favourite. It can be served anytime - breakfast / lunch / dinner. Made this morning for our breakfast.

INGREDIENTS:
1 packet Spaghetti - boiled until soft al dente
1 scoop of Olive Oil (I used extra virgin)
6-8 cloves Garlic*
1 Red Chili* (* chopped)
1 tsp Basil
1tsp Parsley
Button Mushroom - chopped
2 Frankfurters - chopped
Salt & Pepper
White Cheese
Parmesan Cheese

METHOD:
1. Heat up Olive oil & fry garlic & chili.
Add in basil & parsley.
Add in mushroom & frankfurters.
Stir until cooked.
Add in spaghetti, salt & pepper.
Stir well.

2. Served with white cheese & parmesan cheese.

Update: Here is white cheese for those who do not know - written "White Cheese in Oil & Herbs".
