Dragon Fruit Panna Cotta

Creamy dessert that can be matched by any choice of fruit. I chose Dragon Fruit which was inspiring and beautiful color combination.

Inspired by Ika & Hana. Original recipe by Gert. Thanks to all.
Recipe is copied from Ika.
(Makes 6 cups)
INGREDIENTS:
7g Gelatin + 3 tbsp Hot Water
2 1/2 cup Full-cream Milk
1/4 cup Sugar
1 tsp EV
1 Dragon Fruit

METHOD:
1. Mix the gelatin and water together and set it aside to bloom.

2. Put the milk and sugar in a saucepan, cook over low medium heat until bubbles form around the edges of the saucepan.

3. Remove from heat and add in the vanilla and stir in the gelatin.

Stir until the gelatin dissolved.

4. Pour the mixture into six ramekins or cups.

Refrigerate until set & top it with some fruit puree.
(HomeKreation: I added some gelatin to the fruit puree)
