Dried Shrimps (Udang Geragau Kering)

 The shrimps season is still on.... this is one of the longest shrimp season I've seen since the last 20 years in Miri. The price is getting cheaper and only RM10 for 5kg compared to RM8/kg a month ago. Hubby came home with a surprise bag of shrimps after his jogging trip in the last weekend and am glad that he helped me to set up the dryer area. We gotten two full trays of dried shrimps which will be exported to MIL in kampung.

 I made a bottle of Cencaluk too.... this will last me & husband for one month consumption....

    1. Wsalam Ros. Buat sendiri guna udang yg fresh, bau nya segar selepas kering.
      Cuba lah rasa cencaluk tu, kalau tak lantung, sedap lah...

  3. AS SALAM ... boleh tempeh ke ? or mta tlg beli n poskan ? serious .. nak ! .. Actually sini pun boleh dapat TAPI was was .. sebab pernah tengok gambar .. ketika dijemur ... anjing berkeliaran je jalan kat tempat jemuran tu .. so kalau u dptkan dari pembuatnya yang muslim ..     1. Wsalam. Sorry sis, Along cuma sempat buat sekali jer sebab Along bekerja & tak sempat nak jemur kalau nak buat banyak. Dah tanya juga dgn kwn2 yg buat jual tapi dah sold out. Kat pasar banyak tapi taktau lah bersih ke tak. Tadi tengok sebungkus RM10.
