Sausage Buns

This is for kids' breakfast tomorrow. Recipe is from the book of Alex Goh. The bread is very soft. My second son complimented his mum while having a big bite..."Emmmh, this is delicious (with his thumb up) & even better than the XX bakery"....and my reply to him "Wah, pandai nya nak bodek mama haa...(with a big grin on my face)"!

(Makes 16)
INGREDIENTS:
1 portion Basic Dough (see here)
Chicken Sausages
Mixed Vegetables
Mayonaise
Tomato Sauce
Shredded Cheddar Cheese

METHOD:
1. Divide dough into 70g ball.
Roll it flat & wrap a sausage.
Slice like a comb & twist it open.
Leave to rest for 45 minutes.

2. Brush with egg wash.
Top with mixed vegetables, mayonaise, tomato sauce & cheese.

3. Bake at 190C for 15 min.
Pipe with more mayonaise & tomato sauce.

  5. This was a great easy appetizers recipe!! We had it with Salads and wings one night for dinner and a movie! I changed a few things around though. I chopped up some roasted red peppers and mushrooms and put them on top of mozzarella cheese.
