Butter Prawn

Come and enjoy this delicious dish. I am allergy to prawns but let the family enjoy it....

INGREDIENTS:
300g Prawn
- shelled
1/2 Egg White
2 tbsp Flour
1/2 tsp Curry Powder
2 tbsp Butter
1 Egg - beaten slightly
1 sprig Curry Leaves
5 Chili Padi*
5 cloves Garlic*
(*chopped)
2 tsp Maggee Chicken Stock
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
4 tbsp Oat/Nestum
Sugar, Salt & White Pepper

METHOD:
1. Mix prawns with egg white, pepper, salt, sugar, flour & curry powder.
Heat up some oil & shallow fry the prawns until cooked.

2. Melt butter & add in beaten egg. Stir fast so that the egg become fine strands.
Add in chopped garlic, chili & curry leaves. Stir until fragrant.
Add in chicken sauce & oyster sauce & seasoning.
Add in prawn & oats/nestum.

3, Dish up & serve hot with rice.

  1. Akak, so the trick to getting the egg strands is to stir the egg into the butter really fast? Macam buat scrambled eggs ke?

    Patut nya tak macam scramble egg.... telur di tuangkan ke dlm minyak/butter dalam aliran yg halus sambil di kacau laju & telur menjadi agak rangup. Bukan di tuang sekali gus macam telur scramble tu.... errr... boleh paham ker? Along pun praktis byk kali baru boleh jadi.
