Upside-Down Pear Chocolate Cake (Again)

 This is a repeat recipe but this time I made slight variation to it. Instead of using sliced I used halved pears. I also change the recipe for the caramel topping this time. I made this to served the FB women gathering yesterday and because everybody was too full, I let them pack away and hope they enjoyed it at their own sweet time.

 For recipe, refer here but I used a simpler caramel recipe this time as topping:

TOPPING:
50g Butter
2/3 cup Brown Sugar
Melt in a pot until rapidly boiled and pour into prepared pan. Arrange pear on top then pour the cake batter. Bake per remaining instruction

BAHASA MALAYSIA VERSION
 Along buat resipi ni lagi dan kali ni untuk jamuan gathering bersama kekawan FB kelmarin tapi kali ni Along ubah suai resipi nya - buah pear tu Along belah dua sahaja dan tidak di hiris2 - selain dari itu Along tukarkan topping gula hangus dengan resipi yg lebih mudah. Di harap hidangan yg tak seberapa ini dapat memenuhi keinginan sahabat Along tu ya.

Untuk resipi sepenuh nya, sila rujuk di sini. Di bawah ini cuma resipi topping gula hangus yg di gunakan pada kali ini:

TOPPING:
50g Butter
2/3 cwn Gula Perang
Masak kedua2 bahan sehingga berbuih2.
Tuangkan ke dlm tin yg telah di sediakan.
Aturkan buah pear di atas nya dan tuangkan aduanan kek coklat.
Bakar seperti tertera pada resipi.
