A definite appetizer to complete my lunch menu today! Had few Kuini fruits from a friend when visited her house yesterday. For those who never been to Malaysia, these fruits look like mangoes but has strong pungent smell to be eaten raw or turn into condiments like what I have shown here.

INGREDIENTS:
1 Kuini Fruit - peel & chopped
2 Red Chillies*
Few Chilli Padi*
1 Kasturi lime - optional as some Quinin is sweet and not sour enough
1 inch Belacan*
Salt
METHOD:
1. Pound all ingredients marked * until fine.
Add in rest of ingredients & mix well.
2. Serve as condiments along other dishes.

Saja jer nak tayang kasi kecur.... heheee selera nya makan nasi hari ni... gandingkan pula dgn Ikan Tilapia Masak Cili Api.... Buah kuini rezeki dari sahabat yg baru beli rumah kat PutraJaya, belakang rumah dia ada pokok kuini yg sedang berbuah lebat.

1 bj Buah Kuini - kupas & cincang
2 bj Cili Merah*
Cilli Padi*
1 bj Limau Kasturi - bubuh jika perlu sbb selalu nya Kuini manis
1 inci Belacan*
Garam
CARA2:
1. Tumbuk kesemua bahan2 * sehingga lumat.
Masukkan kesemua bahan2 yg lain, gaul sebati.
2. Hidangkan sebagai penyelera di samping lauk utama.
