Kek Belacan Lumut Cheese

 Hot popular cake in Sarawak for this year Idh.... a combination of authentic Kek Belacan and Kek Lumut, topped with cheesecake layer..... All very rich in taste but one piece is definitely not going to be enough for sure no matter how much diet conscious you are.... so my advice is to completely avoid it to save you from temptations....LOL!

BAHASA MALAYSIA VERSION
Kek yang meletop-letop hangat di perkatakan pada raya tahun ni.... menggabungkan kek tradisi Sarawak iaitu Kek Belacan dan Kek Lumut serta di tambahkan dengan cheesecake.... ya rabbi.... tak terkata sedap nya.... kalau seketul memang tak cukup sampai beberapa tetamu minta bungkus bawa balik dan ada gak nak minta beli.... nak jual tak reti lah pulak sebab modal nya pon boleh tahan ler.... 

Along nak ingatkan yg kek2 Sarawak yg sedap dan homemade menggunakan 100% pure butter untuk dapatkan tekstur lembut dan rasa harum lemak. Along guna butter dlm tin terpaksa import dari Sarawak sebab pusing satu KL takda jual. Kalau guna Buttercup, kek akan sedikit keras dan rasa nya pun tak berapa... Pure butter dlm fridge pun rasa nya ada kurang dari segi rasa tapi kalau takda pilihan lain is a second best choice. Dari segi harga memang amat mahal lah tapi berbaloi.... lebih-kurang RM90 setin.

Resipi tak nyatakan saiz tin, jadi Along guna 8.5 inci dan tak muat lah pulak.... sebab tu lah lapisan cheese nya nipis sebab cuma separuh jer dapat masuk. Next time kena guna tin yg lebih besar.

Saiz tin: 9" persegi
BAHAN2 KEK BELACAN:
170g Butter
3 bj Telur
50g Gula
90g Tepung Gandum
1/3 tin Sekaya
1/3 tin Susu Pekat
100g Horlicks
1 sb Gula Hitam
100g Milo
250g Coklat Masakan
Esen Vanilla 

BAHAN2 KEK LUMUT:
170g Butter
3 bj Telur
50g Gula
90g Tepung Biskut Marie
1 sb Tepung Gandum
1/3 tin Sekaya
100g Horlicks
1/2 botol Pes Pandan

BAHAN2 KEK CHEESE:
750g Cream Cheese
150g Gula
3 bj Telur
1st Esen vanilla
2 sb Tepung Gandum

CARA2:
1. Setiap lapisan kek di adun seperti biasa.
(Along pukul butter dan gula sehingga kembang, masukkan telur satu-persatu dan lain2 bahan).
2. Kukus kek belacan 1 jam.
3. Tuang adunan kek lumut & kukus 1 jam.
4. Tuang adunan kek cheese dan kukus 2 jam sehingga masak.
