Fruit Cocktail Pudding


This is cold refreshing desserts I made today for entertaining some relatives for evening tea. Recipe taken from ResipiNet (Baya). Really easy & fast to prepare and taste really good.

Also made Bubur Kacang (no photo taken) and Custard Apple Pie (my two boys' request):
Here is the recipe:

SAUCE:
1 can Evaporated Milk
1 can Mixed Fruit Cocktail
1/2 cup Water
4 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Essence Vanilla
1 tsp Custard Flour
(optional)

PUDDING:
1 cup Custard Flour
5 cup Water
6 tbsp Sugar (modified)
(I've added some cocoa powder)

METHOD:
1. Mix all sauce ingredients & stir on slow fire until sugar dissolved.
No need to boil.
Chill.

2. Mix all pudding ingredients & stir on low fire until thick & transparent.
Put in small moulds & leave to set.
Unmould and place in the sauce. Chill.

3. Serve cold.
