Black Cherry Cheesecake II

 I made a small size cheesecake for our Idh and specially for AngahRuz who returned home for only a couple of days. This is his favourite so it was such a pleasant surprise for him to find it served in the Idh morning.

I posted something similar earlier in here but I made slight variation this time.

Size: 5" x 8"
BASE:
1 pack Oreo Biscuits - remove filling & crush
2-3 tbsp Butter
- Mix & press into a lined tin.
- Bake for 10 minutes 180C.

FILLING:
1 pack/250g Cream Cheese
1/3 cup Sugar
1 Egg (large)
2 tbsp Evaporated Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- Beat cream cheese & sugar until smooth.
- Add in egg & continue beating until well mixed.
- Add in evaporated milk & VE and mix well.
- Bake at 170C for 30 minutes until the top is firm.
- Cool at room temperature.
- Pour black cherry topping and chill overnight.

TOPPING:
1/2 can Black Cherry filling
30ml Hot water
1/2 tsp Jelly Powder (I put 1 tsp but a bit firm, suggest to half) 
- Stir all above slow fire until jelly is dissolved.
- Let it cool down slightly until warm & pour on top of baked cheesecake.

 Cheesecake dgn topping black cherry ni kesukaan AngahRuz... Dah lama Angah tak balik bercuti, so Along buat surprise pada Raya Haji baru ni sewaktu dia pulang bercuti dua hari. Seronok tengok Angah tersenyum gembira, we all makan sikit jer & dia habiskan... Liana pula dok korek makan buah cherry jer....hehe. Along buat kek yg kecil jer cukup untuk keluarga kecil kami. Along buat sedikit perubahan dari resipi yg sebelum ni di sini.

Saiz: 5" x 8"
BASE:
1 bungkus Biskut Oreo - buang inti & hancurkan 
2-3 sb Butter
- Gaulkan sebati & tekan ke dlm tin yg di lapik kertas/aluminium.
- Bakar selama 10 minit 180C.

FILLING:
1 pack/250g Cream Cheese
1/3 cwn Gula
1 bj Telur (Gred A)
2 sb Susu Cair Evaporated
1 st Esen Vanilla
- Pukul Cream cheese & gula sehingga sebati.
- Masukkan telur & pukul lagi sehingga sebati.
- Masukkan susu & EV, pukul sebati.
- Bakar 170C selama 30 minit sehingga permukaan nya agak pejal.
- Sejukkan di suhu bilik.
Tuangkan topping black cherry & sejukkan dlm petisejuk semalaman.

TOPPING:
1/2 tin Black Cherry filling
30ml Air Panas
1/2 st Serbuk Agar-Agar (Along guna 1 st keras sedikit, so sarankan separuh jer) 
- Campur kesemua bahan & masak sehingga agar2 larut.
- Sejukkan sedikit sehingga suam & tuang ke atas cheesecake.
