Ikan Liking dan Petai Goreng Bawang

My BFFs gave me "Ikan Liking" and "Petai" in my recent trip to Miri this month. Ikan liking is an authentic Sarawak sourish preserved fish (not sure what fish).... Petai is another Malaysian authentic stink bean which is well known for its health benefits - despite the strong odour ones can get 'addicted' to it....hehe. Combining both of these authentic Malaysian food yields most appetizing dish.... I had three plates of rice that night.... just could not have enough of it.....LOL! Thanks so much to my two lovely BFFs who always have something for me in every trip. I hope we will meet again after this as it was my last official trip.

Along nak perkenalkan satu lagi makanan asli dari Sarawak iaitu Ikan Liking. Ikan ni di perap dengan cili dan asam. Bila di goreng ia rangup sangat dan amat menyelerakan di hidangkan bersama  bawang & cili goreng. Along hidangkan bersama Petai Goreng Bawang, aduh rasa cam tak boleh nak berhenti makan nasi malam tu sampai 3 pinggan Along bedal... ya rabbi jarang sangat Along makan lahap camtu.....hahahaa. Terima-kasih dua orang BFFs yg kasi buah-tangan petai dan Ikan Liking sewaktu berjumpa di Miri baru2 ni.

Nak gak ke resipi.... oklah, in case ada yg nak....

CARA2:
1. Goreng Ikan Liking dgn minyak secukup nya, sehingga garing.
2. Buang minyak yg telah di gunakan dan ganti dgn minyak yg baru.
3. Goreng pula hirisan bawang besar, cili padi & petai sehingga layu.
4. Hidangkan kesemua nya dgn hirisan limau jika suka.
