Kek Lapis Asam Manis Evergreen (Sarawak Pandan & Hawflakes Layered Cake) - Again

 Made this again for my niece's engagement gathering last week. I made this numerous times already and love the smell, the soft and moist texture and of course the taste! Perfect combination of pandan and hawflakes...

BAHASA MALAYSIA VERSION
Buah tangan untuk majlis pertunangan anak sedara baru2 ni kat Lumut. Along buat kek ni dah beberapa kali and suka sangat dengan keharuman lemak pandan, kelembutan dan kelembapan kek ni dan rasa yg mengasyikkan di selang-seli dgn masam manis hawflakes.
