This is definitely fabulous combination of crispy tartlet pastry and delicious home-made pineapple jam, topped with crispy bisquick.... with tartlet pastry ready in hand, this can be prepared in 10 minutes to serve unexpected guests. I've created this accidentally since I happened to have all ingredients ready in hands... my hubby loves it so much with thumbs up!

INGREDIENTS:
Ready-Baked Tartlet Pastry - see here for recipe
Pineapple Jam - see here for recipe
1/4 cup Bisquick - see here for recipe
1 tbsp Caster Sugar
1 tbsp Margarine
METHOD:
1. Spoon pineapple jam into tartlet pastries.
2. Mix bisquick with sugar & rub in margarine until crumbly pastry is forms.
Sprinkle on top of pineapple jam.
3. Bake 5-10 minutes until the topped crumbs is crispy.

Kebetulan semua nya sudah siap sedia... inti nenas pun baru jer buat baru2 ni selepas sedara kasi nenas banyak hari tu. Along pun experiment lah nak letak dalam pastri tartlet yang siap sedia ada. Tabur lak pastry crumb atas nya.... fulamak... sedap banget... makan suam2 selepas bakar pekena dgn kopi O mmg best sangat tak terkata... Hubby pun suka sangat dan teringat lak dgn AngahRuz & UsuRaz... they all tu hantu pineapple tart kalau dapat ni tentu mereka suka sangat.

BAHAN2:
Tartlet Pastry yg sudah siap sedia - tengok resipi di sini
Jem Nenas - tengok resipi di sini
1/4 cup Bisquick - tengok resipi di sini
1 sb Gula Kastor
1 sb Majerin
CARA2:
1. Sudukan sedikit jem nenas ke dalam pastri tartlet.
2. Campurkan bisquick dgn gula & gaul marin menjadi pastri hancur.
Taburkan ke atas jem nenas.
3. Bakar 5-10 minit sehingga topping crumbs rangup.
