This is my hubby's favourite and it is very simple to prepare & cook. Try it and you will be surprise of this simple tasty dish.
INGREDIENTS:
500g Squids - preferred small size
1 tbsp Chilli paste
1 Capcicum - diced
3 Green Chillies - sliced lengthwise
1 Large Onion - cut into 6 parts lengthwise
3 cloves Garlic - sliced
1-2 Tomato - diced
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 inch Ginger - sliced
1 thumb size Tamarind - mix with water to produce juice
3-4 tbsp Oil
Salt & MSG
METHOD:
1. Mix all ingredients except oil & tamarind juice.
Heat up oil & throw all the mixed ingredients.
Stir fry until squids are cooked.
Add in tamarind juice & stir for a short while.
2. Dish up and serve with hot rice.
