UPDATE: Here is the recipe, retyped to simplify:
(Makes > 2 dozens)
INGREDIENTS:
6 Egg Whites
200g Caster Sugar
3 tbs Cocoa Powder - sieved
1 tsp White Vinegar
50g Dark Chocolate - finely chopped
Topping - double cream / whipping cream / fresh cream
METHOD:
1. Preheat oven to 180C.
2. Beat egg whites until soft peaks.
Add sugar, a spoonful at a time until stiff.
Add in cocoa powder, vinegar & chopped chocolate - stir well each addition.
Spoon into paper cups.
3. Reduce oven temperature to 150C & bake for 45 minutes until crispy on the surface.
Turn off oven, keep door ajar slightly & cool in the oven.
Keep in an airtight container until serving time.
4. Just before serving, top with cream & fruits.
salam puan...tumpang tanya did u bakar 2 dozen sekaligus.My oven is small boleh muat muffin tray yg 6 biji je .Bolehkah ke saya bakar beberapa /4kali,takut adunannya terjejas mklum sekali bakar 45mins or more?Sy ada baca kita kena guna middle rack je.Macam berkenan nk cuba bake ndividually dlm p/cups tu.Tq

ReplyDeleteWsalam. Along buat ni 2 1/2 th yg lepas... tak berapa ingat pula. Tapi kalau >2 dozen tu confirm bakar beberapa kali sebab oven Along pun tak muat banyak camtu.
Along guna middle rack utk kebanyakan baking - kek, biskut, kuih, dll.
