Once in a while will be nice to have plain boiled vegetables soup without oil or too much spices/chili.
INGREDIENTS:
Ladyfingers
Ikan Bilis
1 Red Chili*
1 Shallot*
1 Garlic* (* sliced)
1cm Belacan
1 slice Dried Tamarind
Salt & Sugar
METHOD:
1. Place all ingredients & some water in a pot.
Boil until veg is tender.
2. Cut the top of the ladyfingers (do not cut prior to cooking to prevent mucilage effect) & serve.
