Size: 8.5" sq
INGREDIENTS:
400g Butter
225g Cream Cheese
4 tbsp Condensed Milk
20 Egg Yolk
5 Egg White
220g Sugar
420g Plain Flour
250g Cheddar Cheese - grated
METHOD:
1. Beat butter, cream cheese & condensed milk until fluffy.
2. In a separate bowl, beat egg & sugar until thick.
3. Add the two batter together until well mixed.
Add in flour.
4. Grease & line a baking tin.
5. Spread 6 tbsp of batter and grill (top heat only) until brown.
Press cake so that surface is even.
Spread 6 tbsp of batter, sprinkle cheddar cheeseon top & grill until brown.
Repeat to grill layer by layer and sprinkling cheddar cheese on alternate layer, pressng each layer before the next.
6. Bake at 180C for 10 min for the last layer.
7.Cake can keep for >1 month in fridge.

Assalamualaikum.... maaf lah lama senyap sebab Along balik kampung tak sempat nak bagitau sebab balik kerja memalam sampai hampir tak sempat nak bungkus bag pun. Walau bagaimana pun, syukur lah sempat buat kek lapis cheese ni seminggu sebelum balik hari tu. Kek Lapis Keju ni tersangat lah "cheesy", lemak2 manis, sesuai bagi peminat cheese. ok, meh tengok resipi nya....
Saiz: 8.5" sq
BAHAN2:
400g Mentega
225g Cream Cheese
4 tbsp Susu Pekat
20 biji Kuning Telur
5 biji Putih Telur
220g Gula
420g Tepung Gandum
250g Keju Cheddar - parut
CARA2:
CARA2:
1. Pukul mentega, cream cheese & susu pekat sehingga kembang.
2. Dlm mangkuk berasingan, pukul telur & gula sehingga kembang & pekat.
3. Campurkan kedua2 adunan sehingga sebati.
Masukkan tepung & gaul sehingga sebati.
4. Minyakkan & alas tin.
5. Ratakan 6 sudu makan adunan & gril api atas sahaja sehingga permukaan kek perang.
Tekan permukaan kek supaya rata.

Ratakan 6 sudu makan adunan, taburkan cheese cheddar, gril sehingga perang & tekan permukaan supaya rata.
Ulangi proses melapis, tabur cheddar cheese setiap selang lapis sehingga habis adunan.
6. Bakar lapisan terakhir 180C 10minit.
7. Kek ini tahan lama & boleh di simpan dlm peti sejuk > 1 bulan.

ReplyDeleteakak sudah lama teringin nak melapis..tapi belum datang kerajinan tu lagi..masa arwah mak akak masih ada selalu tlg dia masak bahulu lapis...aduuh bosan sungguh masa tu.tapi cukup heran pada org2 yg suka buat kek lapis ni..tahap kesabaran diorang memang tinggi sungguh.
