Gong Xi Fa Cai / Steamed Moist Choc Cake (Again)


I would like to wish all Chinese friends and viewers Gong Xi Fa Cai!! Hope that the Tiger year will bring prosperity, wealth & successes!!

The above cake was made today as a CNY gift to my friend CMK. Hope she likes it and enjoy her new year eve dinner with the family.
