Grilled Fish with Sambal (Ikan Panggang Bersambal)

Remember the huge Tuna that I bought the other day? A slice of it is almost as big as a dinner plate and more than enough to feed the whole family for dinner. I gave it a try to cook it this way.... grill with sambal.... the outcome was very good.
