Good combination of French Beans and beef, cooked in Malay style with pounded fresh red chillies.
INGREDIENTS:
A plate of French Beans - wash & cut
Some beef - sliced to small bits
2 Red Chillies*
3 Shallots*
1 clove Garlic* (*pounded)
Salt
METHOD:
1. Heat up 2 tbsp oil.
Fry the pounded ingredients & beef until fragrant.
Add some water (about 50ml) & salt. Boil it.
Lastly add in vegetable and cook for shortwhile, making sure not to overcook the vege.
2. Serve immediately with white rice.
