This is dinner on few days ago when I wasn't in so much mood for cooking. So I just threw everything into the steamer & let it does its works. Served with chili oil for a spicy taste.
1/2 chicken - chopped to smaller pieces
2 Cloves Garlic*
Black Pepper* (*pounded)
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
Some Chilli Padi
1 tomato - sliced
1. Mix all & throw into a steamer container.
Steam for 30 minutes.
2. Serve hot with white rice & chili oil.
