Made this just now and took me only about an hour of preparation. Just wanted to clear out the ingredients in pantries and for kids' breakfast tomorrow.
I did not measure the ingredients but don't worry, no accuracy necessary.
INGREDIENTS:
Some glutinous rice - washed
Coconut Milk + Salt
Seaweed sheets - roasted slightly
Serunding
METHOD:
1. Steam glutinous rice. Sprinkled with coconut milk occasionally & cook until tender.
2. While still hot, place the glutinous rice on the seaweed sheet.
Spread some serunding & roll tightly.
Slice & serve.
Note: For ease of rolling, use bamboo sheet (used for sushi rolling).

ReplyDeletekreatif betul la pulut serunding nampak macam sushi.Along selalu beli seaweed tu kat mana ye..sebab bab makanan jepun nie noor kurang arif sebab tak berapa suka dgn sushi tapi bila lihat along buat ..hihi terasa jugak nak merasanya.

ReplyDeleteAlong beli seaweed kat chinese supermkt in Miri. Selalu nya kat mana2 pun ada, cuba tengok kat Giant / Tesco mesti ada.
