Pineapple Kerabu


Pineapple Kerabu is another dish on the first day Ramadhan to compliment Beef Dhal. This is Lela's favourite.

INGREDIENTS:
1 small Pineapple - peeled & sliced
½ Big Onion - sliced thinly
1 Red Chilli*
½ cup roasted Peanuts* (* pounded)
1 Kasturi Lime - squeeze juice (optional)
Salt & Sugar

METHOD:
1. Mix all ingredients.
Ready!
