Egg Benedict

This is a simple breakfast. The original recipe is by Zurin from MR. I added sliced cheese underneath the egg.

INGREDIENTS:
Bread Slices
Butter for spread
Eggs
Black Pepper Powder
Sliced Cheese (optional)

METHOD:
1. Grease muffin or small tins.

2. Spread bread slices with butter and place each in a tin.
Place a slice of cheese on top of the bread slices.
Break an egg on top of each bread slice & sprinkle with pepper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180C until egg is done.
