INGREDIENTS:
1 packet Tempe - cut to smaller size
1 tbsp Plain Flour
1 bsp Rice Flour
1 tsp Chilli paste
Salt
METHOD:
1. Mix all ingredients (except Tempe) with sufficiet water to form smooth runny batter.
Dip Tempe in the batter & deep fry until golden.
2. Serve with rice or as snacks.
