I made waffles for kids' breakfast and hubby requested for Fried Rice. Waffles are just too light for him & me, as we are so used to heavy breakfast.
4 bowls Cooked Rice
1 packet Maggee All-IN Seasoning ("Secukup Rasa")
2 Sausages - sliced
Some Ikan Bilis
2 cloves Garlic*
2 Red Chili*
Some Chili Padi* (if preferred) (*pounded)
Some cabbage - shredded
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1. Mix rice with Maggee seasoning & pepper.
2. Heat up some oil & fry sausages. Dish up.
Fry Ikan Bilis until crispy & dish up.
3. Fry pounded ingredients until fragrant.
Add in cabbage & stir for a while.
Add in eggs & stir quickly & stir fry until egg is cooked.
Add in Rice, sausage & Ikan Bilis.
Stir fry until well mixed.
4. Serve with your preferred garnish (fried shallot, sliced chili, spring onion, etc).
