I promised a friend quite a while ago that I will make her this sambal but somehow always forgotten. Now that she is leaving the country to work overseas, I quickly made this for her to bring along as this sambal can keep for quite sometime. I also made an extra jar for another friend (YG) who has been working in Netherland for few years already - hope she will not drool so much next time she browse my blog... hehehe.
