Hard-boiled Egg Sambal

As shown earlier, this was cooked to accompany Nasi Lemak for our breakfast this morning.

INGREDIENTS:
4 Hard-boiled eggs - shelled & sliced the surface (not too deep)
4 Shallots*
1/2 small bowl Chili Paste*
1 cm Belacan* (* blend together)
1 tsp Tamarind paste - mix with some water
1/2 small bowl of Santan
1 Big Onion - sliced 
Salt & Sugar


METHOD:
Heat up some oil & add in blended ingredients.
Stir fry until fragrant.
Add in the tamarind juice, santan, big onion, salt & sugar.
Boil & add in egg.
Boil a while longer to ensure sambal absorbed by the egg.
