Charcoal Roasted Chicken


This is my younger brother's recipe which was served in the last week wedding. My brother, Zaiyed is working in Kelantan as chef. Kak Ina KL requested for the recipe so I called him in Kelantan just now because I didn't really pay attention when he prepared the marinate ingredients the other day.

Buat Kak Ina, ini dia resepi nya - simple jer. Buat tau, jangan tak buat. Kalau takda arang guna dapor kayu je lah, takda juga pakai oven pun boleh....hehe.

BAHAN2:
Ayam bulat - jgn di potong
Serai*
Bawang Besar*
Bwg Putih*
Halia* (* blender sehingga halus) 
Kicap
Sos Tiram
Garam, Gula

CARA2:
1. Gaul kesemua nya dgn ayam bulat & perap semalaman dlm fridge.

2. Bakar atas bara dapur arang/kayu sehingga masak.
Golek2kan supaya masak rata.

3. Hidangkan dgn sambal cicah kesukaan anda.
(Hari khenduri tu tak sempat pun nak buat)

Nota:
- Bahan2 tu takda sukatan, agak2 je. Along pun terlupa tadi nak tanya sukatan.
- Masak cara kampung atas bara ni memang ada kelainan - ayam lembut & wangi.
