Charcoal Roasted Chicken


This is my younger brother's recipe which was served in the wedding last week. My brother, Zaiyed is working in Kelantan as a chef. I called him in Kelantan just now for the recipe to fulfill the request from KakIna KL.

Buat Kak Ina, ini dia resepi nya - simple jer. Buat tau, jangan tak buat. Kalau takda arang guna dapor kayu je lah, takda juga pakai oven pun boleh....hehe.

BAHAN2:
Ayam bulat - jgn di potong
Serai*
Bawang Besar*
Bwg Putih*
Halia* (* blender sehingga halus) 
Kicap
Sos Tiram
Garam, Gula

CARA2:
1. Gaul kesemua nya dgn ayam bulat & perap semalaman dlm fridge.

2. Bakar atas bara dapur arang/kayu sehingga masak.
Golek2kan supaya masak rata.

3. Hidangkan dgn sambal cicah kesukaan anda.
(Hari khenduri tu tak sempat pun nak buat)

Nota:
- Bahan2 tu takda sukatan, agak2 je. Along pun terlupa tadi nak tanya sukatan.
- Masak cara kampung atas bara ni memang ada kelainan - ayam lembut & wangi.
