Chicken Feet in Lemongrass Soup

I've been throwing away the chicken feet most of the times because of health conscious until one day when my third son UsuRaz been nagging for it. He loves chicken feet and complained why I have not been cooking it for long time. So I started to accumulate the chicken feet again just to satisfy the demand. I guess, once in a while will be no harm to consume this high fat contained chicken parts and perhaps paid-off as this is everyone's favourite in the house and to fullfill the cravings.....
I cooked this dish using pressure cooker and that what make this dish very tasty and most of all very tender chicken feet....!

  1. My niece loves chicken feet too.
I only like it when it's fried.
I've never seen a Malay recipe using chicken feet, this is a real eye opener for me.
