Cucur Nasi Udang Geragau (Fried Shrimp Dumplings)

AlongRiz arrived home yesterday for semester break and he loves to eat Cucur (fried dumplings). I saw today Madiha made Jemput-Jemput using rice and I have a packet of dried Udang Geragau sitting in my fridge almost a year....LOL. So it gave me an idea to come up with this kuih!
The outcome is very soft & fluffy dumplings.... thumbs up!

I've replaced Ikan Bilis with Udang Geragau and reduced the portion by half. Actually I didn't really follow the recipe but simply threw out whatever ingredients in hand. The recipe only gave me an idea to add rice into the dumpling recipe & it works! Thanks to Madiha & Yatie for such a simple but great idea.
