Nasi Paprik

 This is a one-dish meal.... a quick, all in one for a busy woman like me.... (what an excuse...LOL). This time I purposely cooked it without too much of strong Thai fragrant because my two boys don't really like the kaffir lime smell & flavour. Everybody loved this version....

INGREDIENTS:
3 cloves Garlic - chopped 
1/2" Ginger - pounded 
2 tbsp Chili Paste
1/2 Chicken Breast - cut to small pieces 
Some Black Pepper Sausages
1 Big Onion - sliced 
1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
3 tbsp Chili Sauce
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
Salt & Sugar
Mixed Veg - Carrot, Long Bean, Long Cabbage, Celery
Dried Veg - Black Fungus, Mushroom - soaked until soften

METHOD:
1. Heat up 2-3 tbsp oil & stir fry garlic until golden.
Add in ginger & chili paste & stir-fry until fragrant.
Add in chicken & sausages & stir until cooked.
Add in big onion, remaining sauces, some water, salt & sugar; and let it boil.
Add in all vegetables & cook for few more minutes.

2. Dish out and serve with rice.

Kalau dah letih2 balik kerja tu, mesti ler cari idea nak masak yg simple2 jer tapi nak sedap sebab kesian kat my two boys. Masak macam ni memang senang sebab satu lauk jer dah cukup dgn ayam & sayuran. Kongsi kat sini, kot2 ada yg berkenan.... nak sedap, pandai2 lah adjust bahan2 & sayuran pilihan. Along buat kali ni tiada aroma Thai kerana my two boys pesan tak nak bau2 daun limau & sebagainya. Habis semua licin akhirnya...

BAHAN2:
3 ulas Bwg Putih - cincang
1/2" Halia - tumbuk
2 sb Cili Mesin
1/2 ketul Dada Ayam - potong kecil
Black Pepper Sausages
1 bj Bwg Besar -hiris
1 sb Sos Tomato
3 sb Sos Cili
1 sb Sos Tiram
3 sb Kicap
Garam & Gula
Sayur2an - Karot, Kcg Pjg, Kobis Panjang, Celery
Sayur2an Kering - Kulat Hitam, Cendawan - rendam sehingga kembang

CARA2:
1. Panaskan 2-3 sb minyak & tumis bwg putih sehingga garing.
Masukkan halia & cili mesin & kacau sehingga garing.
Masukkan ayam, sosej & kacau sehingga masak.
Masukkan bwg besar, semua sos, sedikit air (agak2), garam, gula & biar menggelegak.
Masukkan  kesemua sayuran & masak sebentar.

2. Hidangkan dgn nasi putih.
