I had some prunes (plums) leftover from cake making last week.... so I decided to add them into the cooking.... mmmm not bad! It served in two ways - as a flavour and thickening the sauce!
Anyone needs recipe in English, please shout.
Ada lebihan buah prun selepas buat kek tempohari.... sayang nak bazirkan, so Along letak je lah dalam masakan ayam ni.... sedap gak sebagai perisa masam manis dan juga untuk pekatkan kuah nya.

BAHAN2: 1. Gaul ayam dgn garam & serbuk kunyit. Goreng sehingga masak. 2. Panaskan sedikit minyak & tumis rempah tumis, serai dan bahan blend* sehingga wangi. Masukkan kicap, ayam, garam & sedikit air. Masak sehingga sebati dan kuah agak pekat. Masukkan bwg besar & kacau seminit. 3. Hidangkan dgn nasi putih.
