INGREDIENTS:
6 Banana Splits (I used Pisang kepuk which have just ripened and still firm - my favourite type)
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Condensed Milk
Grated Cheddar Cheese
METHOD:
(See step-by-step photos below)
1. Melt butter in a grilled pan & place banana splits to brown both sides.
2. Lift out the bananas and place in a plate.
Sprinkle some brown sugar on them.
3. Place condensed milk on the same hot grill pan with fire off.
Stir quickly as it bubbles and brown.
Quickly drizzle them onto the banana splits.
4. Grate cheddar cheese on top of it and serve right away! Awesome!

Sedap amat Pisang Panggang Berkeju ni... Along makan ni jer, tak makan nasi malam tu sebab asyik makan tak leh stop sehingga kenyang. Cara Along buat ni mungkin berbeda sedikit sebab Along tak gemar yang bergoreng & berminyak. Pisang pilihan / kegemaran Along ialah Pisang Kepuk yang baru sahaja ranum & masih keras tak lembik. Pisang ni tak berapa manis so bila kena dgn topping amat kena sangat dengan selera Along.

BAHAN2:
6 keping Pisang yg telah di belah dua
1 sb Butter
1 sb Gula Perang
1 sb Susu Pekat
Parutan Keju Cheddar
CARA2:
(Lihat gambarajah di atas)
1. Cairkan butter diatas kuali leper & panggang pisang sehingga perang di kedua2 belah.
2. Angkat pisang & letakkan ke dlm piring.
Tabur gula perang di atas nya..
3. Tutup api kuali & letakkan susu pekat, kacau sehingga berbuih & perang.
Tuangkan ke ats pisang tadi.
4. Tabur parutan keju & hidangkan segera.

ReplyDeleteGerenti sedap!! Cuba tau... rugi tak cuba. Along sarankan guna pisang kepuk... kalau pisang lembik tak sedap pada selera Along lah....hehe
