This is a healthy dish as no oil added. Beside this, we had grilled fish with Air Asam, also an oil free dish.
Few pieces chicken - cut into small pieces
1 potato - cubed
2 cloves Garlic - chopped
1 slice Ginger
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Corn - pounded
Mixed Vegetable of your choice
1. Place chicken, potato, garlic, water, garlic, ginger & salt in a pot & boil until cooked.
Add in vegetables & cook for a while.
2. Serve with white rice.
