Simple dish but nice.
METHOD:
2. Dish up and serve with white rice.
INGREDIENTS:
8-10 pieces Chicken
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt
3-5 Green Chillies - sliced
1 Big Onion - sliced into thick rings
2 cloves Garlic - sliced
3 inch Ginger - sliced into matchstick shapes
METHOD:
1. Rub chicken with turmeric powder & salt.
Deep fry until almost cooked.
Remove oil and leave about 2-3 tbsp.
Add in the rest of ingredients.
Stir fry until fragrant and chicken parts are fully cooked.
2. Dish up and serve with white rice.
