½ Chicken - cut to smaller sizes
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Fennel Seeds* (Jintan Manis)
1 tbsp Black Pepper Corns*
½ Big Onion*
2 inches Ginger* (* blended)
Salt Soya Sauce
Sweet Soya Sauce
Green Chilli - sliced
1 big Onion - sliced into rings
1. Rub chicken with salt & turmeric. Deep fry.
2. Heat up a few tbsp oil.
Fry the blended ingredients until fragrant.
Add chicken sand sufficient soya sauce to taste and enough to coat.
Add in green chillies & big onions.
3. Serve with white rice
