Samosa

Another simple idea, which is suitable for a busy mum like me, to prepare for Ramadhan meal. Seen many blog friends making something from the instant paratha, so I tried it too.

Use instant frozen paratha and cut into 2 semi-circles.
Fill with your favourite filling like beef, chicken or potato.
Fold into a triangle shape.
Deep fry.
