INGREDIENTS:
Several Young Banana - peeled & cut
10 Bird-eye Chilli*
3 Shallots* (* pounded)
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 bowl Coconut Milk
Salt
1 pc Dry Tamarind piece
METHOD:
1. Rub banana with salt to remove its sticky glue and then rinse off.
2. Place all except tamarind in a pot & keep stirring until boiled and banana is tender.
Add in tamarind and cook few more minutes.
Off fire & ready.
