I made this last night dinner - something healthy but also delicious. Whole family enjoyed it very much.
5 pieces Chicken parts
Fish Balls & Squid Balls
Shrimps - peeled
Dried Chinese Mushrooms
1 Tomato - cut to 8 parts
4 cloves Garlic - chopped
1 tsp freshly grounded Black Pepper
1. Heat up few tbsp oil & fry chopped garlic until fragrant.
Pour in 1/2 pot full water.
Add in chicken, carrot, pepper, chicken cube & salt.
Boil until chicken is fully cooked.
Add in the rest of ingredients & cook until all done.
2. Serve with white rice and chilli sauce of your choice.
Sprinkle fried onion when served.
