INGREDIENTS:
Lady fingers
Some Beef
2 Red Chillies*
3 Onions*
1 clove Garlic* (* pounded)
Salt & MSG (optional)
METHOD:
1. Blanche Lady Fingers in boiling water until tender.
Dish up & cut off the top of each Lady Fingers.
2. Heat up few tbs oil & fry pounded ingredients.
Add in beef, salt & MSG.
Stir fry until beef is cooked.
Add in Lady Fingers, stir for a while & dish up.
3. Serve with white rice.
