Fried Tamarind Tuna

Seen "Ikan Goreng Asam" in many houses already but not sure who originated the recipe (thanks to whoever sharing the recipe). Frying Tuna (Tongkol) with tamarind produced soft & tasty flakes. My husband complimented it too.

Recipe: Just marinate fish with salt & tamarind for 10 minutes. Shallow fry until cooked. Serve hot.
