Black Dahlia

This is my first cookies this year. Managed to make 3 types of cookies this morning. See later postings for more. These cookies use black glutinous flour & first time trying the recipe. Will post the recipe after tasting it tonight.

Below is a tray of cookies before getting into the oven:
Dah rasa dah sekut ni lepas berbuka tadi.... emmmm rasanya memang unik sebab tepung pulut hitam tu. Kukis ni lembut tapi ada biji2 pulut yg crunchy, memang sedap & istimewa...! TQ Loveliana for sharing the recipe.

Resepi di susun semula mengikut atur-cara sendiri.

BAHAN2:
150g Tepung Sago*
200g Tepung Pulut Hitam*
(* satukan & ayak)
100g Majerin
50g Butter
150g Gula Halus
1 biji Merah Telur
65ml Santan Pekat
Kepingan Badam / Kismis
- utk hiasan

CARA2:
1. Pukul majerin, butter & gula sehingga kembang.
Masukkan merah telur.
Masukkan tepung & santan berselang-seli.

2. Masukkan adunan ke dlm acuan dahlia & picit atas dulang pembakar biskut.
Letak kepingan badam di tengah setiap biskut.
Bakar 150C 20 minit.
Sejukkan di atas jaring baru di simpan dlm bekas kedap udara.
