This is another version of Chicken Pandan which have slightly different ingredients and different method of wrapping compared to the one I made before. These were served during Hari Raya yesterday and my sons enjoyed it very much.
INGREDIENTS:
20 pieces Chicken pieces
5 Shallots*
8-10 cloves Garlic*
3" Ginger*
3 Lemongrass* (*blended)
2-3 tbsp Chili Paste
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Sugar
Salt
METHOD:
1. Marinate chicken with all the ingredients in fridge overnight.
2. Wrap chicken in pandan leaves.
Deep fry until cooked.
