Roughly here how to make this:
1 handful ikan bilis, 3 Green Chilies, Cilipadi (amount up to your taste), 1 cm belacan, Salt & Sugar.
Fry each ingredients separately.

ReplyDeleteKalau kat Pahang terkenal dengan sambal ikan bilis tempoyak dicampur dengan terung belanda, memang sedap. Pahang bahan utama masak adalah tempoyak. sedaaap!!!
