Creamy & Spicy Grilled Fish

The 6kg fish that I bought the other day takes quite a while to finish & I grilled a big chunk of it as above. The taste is similar to "Ikan Percik" but this one is cooked on a hot griddle instead of charcoal stove. Try my simple short-cut method for creamy grilled fish which tastes just like the traditional recipe.

1 whole fish or big fillet
5 Shallots*
2 Garlic*
1" Ginger*
2-3 Red Chilies*
Chili Padi* (* blended with some water)
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 packet Santan Powder
Salt & Sugar

1. Rub fish with salt.
2. Mix all ingredients & pour all over the fish.
3. Heat up griddle & 1 tbsp oil.
4. Grill fish until well done.
