Banoffee Meringues

Melt in the mouth dessert.... My children love it so much and it all gone in one serving.

Quantity: Forgot to count but definitely > 2 dozens
INGREDIENTS:
3 Egg Whites
100g Light Muscovado/Brown Sugar
75g Caster Sugar

FILLING:
1 small ripe Banana - mashed 
150ml double Cream - whpped until soft 
2 tbsp Toffee Fudge/Icecream Sauce
Cocoa powder - for sprinkling

METHOD:
1. Whisk egg whites until stiff.
Gradually whisk in sugars, 1 tsp at a time until thick & glossy.

2. Spoon onto baking paper.
Bake 110C for 1hour 15min until firm and easily peel off from the paper.
Cool & keep in air-tight container upto 3 days.

3. Mix all filling ingredients, except cocoa powder.
Sandwich filling between two meringue or serve as topping.
Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
Serve immediately.

    fabulous dessert.... I didn't put coffee, it was musvovado sugar that gives the color & special fragrant.

    No DDL, I used ice-cream toffee syrup.

    interesting meringue ni. sure rangup giler kan? nice recipy,kak. lagi2 bab guna telur putih tu. ada lebih wat biskut, sesuai sgt... ;)
