Chicken Nuggets

I made soya bean juice again and there are some residue which somehow I don't want to waste. I read somewhere that you can add to minced chicken to make nuggets. Here what I made by trial & error and turned-out very good - crunchy and tasteful nuggets. I fried some half-cooked and freeze for future consumptions.

INGREDIENTS:
400g Minced Chicken Meat
150g Soya Bean Residue
3 cloves Garlic
1-2 tbsp Flour
1 tsp White Pepper
Salt
Breadcrumbs - for coating

METHOD:
1. Mix all ingredients except breadcrumbs.
2. Press the chicken mixture into a cookie cutter.
Coat with breadcrumbs.
3. Deep fry until golden.

Bahasa Malaysia
BAHAN2:
400g Daging Ayam yg di mesin halus
150g Hampas Kcg Soya
3 ulas Bwg Putih
1-2 sb Tpg
1 sk Lada Putih
Garam
Serbuk roti

CARA2:
1. Campur kesemua bhn2, kecuali serbuk roti.
2. Tekan ke dlm acuan biskut.
3. Sadur dgn serbuk roti.
4. Goreng sehingga keperangan & masak.

    Yes, you can use your preferred coating like nestum/cornflakes.

    Puas hati along buat nugget ni, pd tekak along ler...hehe... nah, 10 ketoi sbb kita buat dpt byk.
