Tauchu Fish
A simple dish when one needs a fast meal....

INGREDIENTS:
2 pieces Fish
1 Red Chili*
3 Green Chili*
1 Big Onion*
2 cloves Garlic* (* sliced)
3 tbsp Tauchu (preserved salted soya beans) - washed
METHOD:
1. Rub fish with salt & turmeric.
Deep fry until cooked. Dish out.
2. Heat up few tbs oil & fry sliced ingredients for a while.
Add in tauchoo & stir for a minute & pour over fish.

ReplyDeleteHaiissshhhh I'm drooling kak! Personally, I don't like to cook fish...not even touching it coz of raw smell. But I love to eat if someone else has cooked it. hahahah! Still asking my Mom to cook fish for me. ;)
